This Tax Team specializes in providing expert guidance on restructuring businesses in financial difficulty and offers advisory services as an integral part of their fast-expanding capital advisory division.

These include high-profile insolvency cases such as prominent company administrations, liquidations, and receiverships, as well as processes like debt-for-equity swaps, schemes of arrangement, and mergers & acquisitions.

They excel in both UK-based and international transactions and are now seeking a VAT expert at the Director level. Key Responsibilities
