Job Description:

We are searching for an experienced VAT Compliance Analyst to make an impact at RSM UK. Step into a pivotal role within our Global VAT Compliance Reporting (GVCR) team, driving VAT compliance for international clients and engaging with global stakeholders to enhance tax efficiency. You will oversee service delivery for a dynamic client portfolio, from onboarding to VAT compliance across jurisdictions, including quality assurance, identifying VAT opportunities, and supporting process improvements.

You will:

  1. Lead the onboarding process for UK and multi-country clients, ensuring smooth setup and documentation of tax processes.
  2. Act as the key contact for clients, managing indirect tax compliance and ensuring timely, accurate filings.
  3. Review client data, identify VAT advisory opportunities, and collaborate with global VAT experts.
  4. Manage and develop junior team members, fostering a supportive, high-performance environment.
  5. Work on VAT process improvements and efficiency projects to enhance client service.
