Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, deliver and evaluate nursing care as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
• Undertake delegated tasks from ward sister/charge nurse.
• Provide care for pre- and post-operative vascular patients on Ward 3.
• Support wound care, pain management and rehabilitation pathways.
