Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Vascular Sonographer to join our healthcare team in Winchester, MA for a 13-week contract assignment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing high-quality vascular ultrasound examinations to assist physicians in diagnosing and treating vascular conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform non-invasive vascular ultrasound exams including carotid, venous, arterial, and abdominal vascular studies.
• Operate and maintain ultrasound equipment.
• Review patient medical history and physician’s instructions.
• Analyze sonographic findings, prepare preliminary reports, and collaborate with radiologists or vascular surgeons.
• Maintain accurate records and comply with HIPAA regulations.
• Follow departmental policies, procedures, and safety standards.

Qualifications:

• ARDMS credential in RVT (Registered Vascular Technologist) or CCI RVS (Registered Vascular Specialist) required.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in vascular sonography.
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
