The Role

To deliver high-quality teaching, learning, and assessment in Spanish language and culture, supporting learners in developing the linguistic skills, knowledge, and confidence needed for personal, academic, or professional progression.

  • To contribute to an outstanding student experience by designing and delivering engaging, inclusive, and relevant sessions that meet or exceed college quality and compliance standards.
  • To support high levels of student retention, achievement, and progression through effective classroom management, timely assessment feedback, and personalised learner support
  • To manage and coordinate Spanish language programmes as required, ensuring delivery is well-structured, culturally enriching, and responsive to learner needs and interests

as may be reasonably required.
