The Role

We are seeking travel enthusiasts with a passion for guest service for our depot in Manchester - Rochdale. You will be the face of our company, reporting to the Branch and Regional Operations Manager - UKI, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining our fleet, and managing all operational issues to guarantee smooth depot operations.

Responsibilities
  1. Handle reservations, organize vehicle check-ins/check-outs, and coordinate team activities.
  2. Train, supervise, and coach team members.
  3. Maintain the fleet, oversee logistics, and ensure campervans are in top condition.
  4. Manage workforce planning, inventory, local suppliers, and cleaning services.
  5. Address complaints, emergencies, and local issues to ensure smooth operations.
  6. Assist in reselling campervans, including preparing and showing them to prospective buyers.
Requirements
  • Travel enthusiast with experience in Tourism, Hospitality, Retail, or Rent-a-car preferred.
  • Fluent in English (mandatory).
  • Eligible to work in the UK, with a valid driver’s license, and comfortable driving a campervan (mandatory).
  • Availability to work on weekends and public holidays.
  • Responsible, reliable, well-organized, and problem-solving skills.
