Driver Hire Preston is seeking reliable van valeters in Chorley to clean and valet vans returned from hire. A valid UK driving licence is essential due to occasional vehicle delivery and pickup requirements. The role is full-time, 9am–5pm, Monday to Friday, with an hour for lunch.

Key duties include washing, vacuuming, inspecting vehicles, fitting small parts, and maintaining high cleanliness standards. Immediate start available for suitable applicants.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning and valeting vans, both internally and externally.

• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment; following health and safety procedures.
• Occasionally driving vans to deliver them to new rental customers.

We are looking for 4 reliable Valeters to valet vans returned from hire.

You MUST have a valid UK driving licence to apply for this position as there is an occasional requirement to deliver and pick up the vehicles.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who take pride in their work and enjoy working with vehicles.

Hours of work Full time 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday with an hour for lunch.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cleaning and valeting Vans , both internally and externally
• Washing and vacuuming vehicles
• Fitting small parts such as bulbs and number plates along with reflective tapes.
• Inspecting vehicles for customer collection and delivery
• Checking vehicles for cleanliness and presentation standards
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
• Following company health and safety procedures
• Occasionally driving the vans and delivering them to new rental customers.
