Role: Van Engineer / Vehicle Technician / Ambulance Technician

Location: Southampton

Pay Rate: from £29.00 per hour

Contractor work: Outside IR35

These roles involve:

1. Diagnosing system malfunctions, isolating causes, and correcting deficiencies.
2. Dismantling and reassembling equipment, using technical manuals.
3. Inspecting, repairing, and replacing components, engines, transmissions, and sub-assemblies.
4. Identifying parts in repair manuals and placing order requests for needed parts.
5. Performing annual services on equipment fleet.
6. Performing other duties as assigned.

Please note: this is a contractor assignment, not a permanent role. As a contractor, you will be offered various contracts across the region depending on where the requirements are. The hourly rate and duration of contract can vary depending on client necessity and location. You will be required to provide your own car/van and tools and be prepared to travel from one site to another when required.
