Job summary

Marble Talent Group Ltd is seeking an experienced Van Technician to join their workshop in Truro. This role offers a£33,000–£35,000 basic salary with uncapped commission, plus a comprehensive benefits package and manufacturer training.

Qualifications

• Previous motor industry experience, ideally with vans.
• Level 3 Vehicle Maintenance qualification or equivalent.
• Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills.
• Good attention to detail and a team-player attitude.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Service, maintain and repair vans.
• Diagnose and rectify mechanical and electrical faults.
• Complete accurate repair and diagnostic documentation.
• Identify and report additional work required.
• Use manufacturer workshop information and diagnostic systems.
• Carry out final inspections and functional tests.
• Ensure all work is completed safely and to a high standard.
