Qualifications

• Engineers must be based within easy access of the M40.
• Proficient in HVAC systems including air conditioning and boilers.
• Clear communication with clients and suppliers is essential.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance and reactive works.
• Respond to call-outs during normal working hours.
• Liaise with the internal helpdesk and administration teams.

Skills

Strong knowledge of M&E building services

Excellent communication and time management

Experience with HVAC plant

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently

Education

City & Guilds in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent

Time-served mechanical or maintenance engineer

Tools

Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
