Location: London and M25
Salary: £45,000 + Overtime
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8AM - 5PM

Overview:
We're currently recruiting for a Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer to join our team, covering a variety of Commercial Office Buildings across London and the M25 area. This role involves maintaining, servicing, and repairing air conditioning equipment, including split AC systems, VRV/VRF systems, and heat pumps. The role also includes occasional travel to Birmingham (approximately twice a year).

Key Responsibilities:

1. Perform service, maintenance, and repair of various air conditioning and refrigeration systems, including VRV/VRF systems, split systems, heat pumps, chillers, and AHUs.
2. Lead a team of engineers, overseeing daily tasks and ensuring high standards of service delivery.
3. Carry out general maintenance on HVAC and associated equipment as required.
4. Conduct scheduled servicing and reactive repairs on plant splits, VRVs, VRFs, chillers, and downflow units.
5. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and health & safety standards while performing duties.

Requirements:

1. NVQ Level 2 or City & Guilds equivalent in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration (minimum)
2. Commercial experience in building services or FM background
3. Experience with VRV/VRF systems, chillers, AHUs, and refrigeration systems
4. F-Gas 2079/2089 qualified
5. Strong knowledge of air conditioning and refrigeration systems
6. Flexible, with a positive attitude and approach to work
