Job summary

QS Recruitment Ltd is seeking a reliable van driver for nationwide UK deliveries around Nottingham. Expect early starts and 10–12 hour shifts with 4–8 drops per shift, handling heavy goods with full equipment. This temporary, ongoing position offers weekly pay and a 3:30–6:00 start window.

You will work in a double-manned team for large appliances where required. The role emphasises safety and punctuality across a 300-mile radius of Nottingham.

Qualifications

• Valid UK driving license with clean record.
• Minimum 1 year of commercial van driving experience.
• No more than 3 points on licence.

Job Description

Earn up to £810 per week as a van driver! Early starts,10-12 hours per shift, weekly pay,

You will be delivering goods across the UK with early starts and early finishes, delivering appliances nationwide (300-mile radius of Nottingham)

You will be expected to deliver goods in a timely manner – this is not a multidrop position however, you can expect between 4-8 drops per shift. The distance travelled is the reason for the early starts.

You should be comfortable with handling heavy goods although you will be provided with full equipment and working on a double manned team if handling large appliances

Duration: Temporary but ongoing work available

Contract Type: Temporary

Hourly Rate: You will be paid £13.75 per hourYou accrue holiday up to 28 days pro rata.We do not offer Visa sponsorships

Working Hours: Start times will be between 03:30 and 06:00. Shifts are 10-12 hours roughlyThis is a Monday to Friday position with occasional Saturdays available (and optional).

Experience & Qualifications

• To drive a car or motorcycle – this is because of the client’s location.
• A minimum of 1 years’ commercial van driving experience
• No more than 3 points on your driving licence
• A positive attitude and to be happy to work either solo or as part of a double manned team (depending on the nature of the goods being delivered)
