Job description

Overview

Our client, a large south west based courier company, is looking for Cat B Van drivers to join their team. This is a temporary position based at the Frome depot.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily vehicle checks and load the van each morning with items to be delivered.
• Complete approximately 30 to 50 drops within a selected area and return to the depot to finalise paperwork.
• Deliver items the same day, adhering to required delivery times and standards.

Requirements

• Prior courier/same day delivery experience preferred.
• Cat B Driving Licence.

Hours and Location

Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 to 09:00 starts daily, usually finished around 5:00 to 6:00 pm.

Location: Frome depot.

Contract and Availability

This is a temporary position with driver coverage across a Monday to Friday week. Regular ongoing basis options available (one to five shifts).

Pay

£13.00 per hour (PAYE).
