Position: Collection Operative

Responsibilities:

1. Provide collections from our customers in the East Midlands Area.
2. Load and unload vehicles efficiently and safely.
3. Follow all Health and Safety procedures proactively.
4. Carry out collections within the agreed time window.
5. Report any delays in collections and reasons to the Operations Team.
6. Assist with offloading collection vans and scanning parcels before dispatch.
7. Accurately segregate parcels according to carrier/service requirements.
8. Perform daily vehicle checks to ensure cleanliness and presentation.
9. Report any customer queries or information during debriefing.
10. Ensure compliance with MICOP regulations to maintain postal mail security.
