Job Title: Van Driver / Warehouse Operative (Temp to Perm)

Location: Over, Cambridgeshire

Hours: 8:30am-5pm (37.5 hrs/week)

Salary: £24,500 - £27,000

Role Overview

Join our growing warehouse team in a varied, customer-facing role. You'll be responsible for receiving, storing, assembling, picking, packing, and delivering products with a strong focus on quality and customer satisfaction. You'll also support process improvements and uphold health, safety, and ISO standards.

Responsibilities

• Goods In/Out: Receive, label, store, pick, pack, and ship items accurately and safely.
• Assembly: Build finished goods from raw materials as required.
• Delivery: Help plan and carry out local deliveries professionally and on time.
• Customer Focus: Communicate clearly and build rapport with customers.
• Stock Accuracy: Conduct stock counts and maintain data integrity.
• Compliance: Follow ISO and H&S standards; complete vehicle checks.
• Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues and support cross-departmental communication.
• Cleanliness: Keep the warehouse and van clean, tidy, and safe.
• Systems & Equipment: Operate warehouse systems, forklifts, and pickers (where trained).

Requirements

Essential:

• Full UK Driving Licence
• Warehouse/van driving experience
