Job summary

Trade Choice Carpet and Flooring is seeking an experienced Van Driver to support our busy warehouse and transport stock to customers. You will deliver safely, efficiently and on schedule, with loading/unloading responsibilities and quality checks on delivery.

Ideal candidates hold a valid driving licence, have good road safety awareness and can lift heavy items. You will join a friendly team with ongoing training and growth opportunities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Valid driving licence is required.
• Experience with van deliveries and stock loading is beneficial.
• Ability to lift heavy items and load/unload cargo.
• Strong planning and time management with the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload the van safely and correctly.
• Carry out multi-drop deliveries in a safe and timely manner.
• Obtain customer signatures as proof of receipt.
• Keep the vehicle clean and well-maintained.
• Report accidents or incidents promptly per procedures.
• Drive within the UK Highway Code and driving time limits.
