Job summary

Hampshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is recruiting for Van Drivers to cover ad-hoc bookings across Basingstoke and surrounding towns, including Farnborough, Farnham, Alton, Newbury, Andover and Salisbury. Flexible start times between 06:00 and 09:00, Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend shifts.

You will complete deliveries and collections safely and professionally for a variety of clients, adapting to different assignments on short notice.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence held.
• Experience as a van driver is desirable but not essential.
• Professional and reliable approach to work.
• Good communication and customer service skills.

Job description

We are currently recruiting for Van Drivers to cover ad-hoc bookings across the Basingstoke, Farnborough, Farnham, Alton, Newbury, Andover and Salisbury areas.

This role is ideal for drivers looking for flexible work and the opportunity to cover a variety of assignments for different clients throughout the region.

As a Van Driver, you will be responsible for completing deliveries and collections safely, efficiently and professionally.

What We Offer:

• Flexible ad-hoc work with a range of clients
• Start times between 06:00 and 09:00. Monday to Friday
• Occasional weekend shifts available
• Pay rates between £12.71 and £14.50 per hour
• Varied assignments across multiple locations

Requirements:

• Previous Van Driver experience is desirable but not essential
• Full UK driving licence
• Professional and reliable approach to work
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Experience driving in and around London is desirable
• Flexibility to travel and cover bookings across various locations
