Job summary

Lookers is seeking a reliable Van Driver for TPS Teesside in Stockton-on-Tees. You will deliver and collect parts, build strong customer relationships, and identify additional sales opportunities while upholding Lookers’ service standards.

You will work 29 hours per week (Mon-Fri, 08:00–14:30) with a competitive hourly rate, and be based on site at TPS Teesside. A full UK driving licence and customer-focused attitude are essential.

Qualifications

• Full, clean UK driving licence.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A proactive approach to sales and relationship building.

Responsibilities

• Check orders to be delivered with the invoice and liaise with Warehouse for anomalies.
• Load parts onto delivery van efficiently and accurately.
• Complete van delivery logs and sign-off with customers.
• Obtain signatures and printed names from customers for deliveries.
• Ensure receipts or payments are collected for all parts delivered.
• Collaborate with TPS colleagues for efficient deliveries.
• Drive safely and in accordance with Driver Behaviour guidelines.
• Return cash credits to customers following the current process.
