Pertemps Warrington is seeking a reliable Van Driver for a full-time nights role in Redditch. You will load and deliver automotive glass nationwide, on a six-night rota Sunday to Thursday, 46 hours weekly, with pay starting at £14.68 per hour and rising to £14.81 after 12 weeks. Overtime is paid at time and a half.

The job demands fitness, reliability and careful handling of loads. Full training on products and company systems will be provided.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 25 years old for insurance purposes.
• Full UK driving licence with fewer than six penalty points.
• Previous van driving experience.
• Must have experience working on night shifts.
• Multi-drop experience.
• Must be physically fit.
• Flexible and reliable approach to working hours.
• Must live within a reasonable commuting distance of Redditch.

Responsibilities

• Safely load, secure and transport fragile products.
• Complete nationwide, multi-drop deliveries efficiently and professionally.
• Carry out daily vehicle checks and report any defects.
• Ensure the vehicle remains safe, clean and roadworthy.
• Complete all deliveries accurately and within the required timescales.
• Assist with warehouse duties, loading and stock handling when required.
• Follow all company health and safety procedures.
• Work flexibly to support changing operational requirements.

This full-time Van Driver Nights / Warehouse position in Redditch involves loading and delivering automotive glass and related products to customers nationwide. Working four shifts across a six-night rota from Sunday to Thursday, with no Saturday-night working, the driver completes 46 contracted hours weekly.
