Job summary

Fawkes & Reece are currently looking for 1x CSCS Van Driver/Demolition Operative in Chesterfield. The role involves demolition work, site cleaning, material collection, and loading/unloading tasks on a large social housing project.

The ideal candidate will hold a valid CSCS card, a clean driving licence with up to 5 points, and be prepared to work in a demanding environment with references available.

Qualifications

• CSCS card required.
• Valid driving licence with a maximum of 5 points.
• UKATA Asbestos Awareness or willingness to take online course.
• Willing to be clean shaven to pass facefit test.
• Previous labouring experience.
• Must have previous experience in the construction industry.
• Two checkable work references if you have not worked with Fawkes & Reece before.

Responsibilities

• Demolition work - ripping out kitchens and bathrooms.
• Keep the site clean and tidily.
• Collect materials from a building merchants.
• Heavy lifting.
• Drive the company van.

• Demolition work - Ripping out Kitchens and Bathrooms
• Keeping site clean and tidy
• Picking up materials from a building merchants
• Heavy Lifting
• Driving a Company Van

Requirements

• A Valid CSCS Card
• Valid Driving Licence - Maximum of 5 points
• UKATA Asbestos Awareness or be willing to take the online course
• Willing to be clean shaven to have a facefit test done
