Job summary

Kenect Recruitment Ltd in Carlisle is recruiting a Van Driver for a temporary assignment. You will undertake multi‑drop deliveries to customer premises, load and unload orders and complete delivery paperwork.

Role criteria include: previous van driving experience and a valid UK driving licence; good communication skills; willingness for manual handling; and flexible start times between 05:00 and 15:30, Monday to Friday. Pay £13.00 per hour.

Kenect are current recruiting a Van Driver to join our prestigious client in Carlise on a temporary basis. As a Van Driver, you will be responsible for doing multi-drop deliveries of products and supplies to Customer premises.

• Picking and preparing orders for customers
• Loading orders into company vans
• Manual handling tasks will be involved
• Driving a company van to client's premises
• Speaking to customer and completing delivery paperwork
• Unloading customer orders

Role Criteria:

• Previous Van Driving experience is essential
• A valid UK Driving lisence
• Previous customer service experience is desirable
• Must be a strong communicator who can speak to customers
• Happy with manual handling
