Job summary

DHL eCommerce is seeking motivated multi-drop van drivers for our peak period, with or without your own van. Expect consistent work, competitive pay, and opportunities to earn more during the busiest season.

Deliver daytime routes 5–6 days a week, with a stop-rate pay model. Access pay quickly via the Driver app, and take advantage of peak bonuses and starter payments as you join us this autumn.

Qualifications

• A valid UK driving licence.
• A reliable long-wheelbase van is beneficial but not essential at the point of application — we can explain your options to help you get on the road.
• The right to work in the UK
• A positive attitude and great customer service skills
• Multi-drop experience is helpful but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Deliver on regular daytime routes with 5 or 6 days per week.
• Operate as a multi-drop courier delivering parcels and using the Driver app for payments.
• Join during peak period and earn through a stop-rate based pay model with higher earnings as stops increase.

Your Pay Explained

£50 - £60K per year reflects average daily earnings of £200-£250 per day when delivering parcel volumes of 80 – 100 stops. Payment is based on a stop rate, meaning the more stops you deliver the more you can earn. Typically, our drivers work around 9 hours per day and for 5 or 6 days per week. Peak is coming — don’t miss out. Start in October to access the £1,000 Peak Bonus and get your new starter rewards before Christmas. Please note: Muti Drop delivery routes require a suitable van, if you don’t currently have one, but are comfortable driving a large van we encourage you to apply and we’ll explain the options available.
