Job summary

DHL eCommerce is recruiting motivated van drivers for its peak period in the UK. Join with or without your own van to enjoy consistent work, competitive pay, and opportunities to increase earnings during busy times.

Earn £50K–£60K per year for top couriers, with a £1,000 peak bonus and a £550 new starter payment. Daily fuel support, a driver app for faster income, and opportunities for long-term or seasonal work are available.

Qualifications

• A valid UK driving licence.
• A reliable long-wheelbase van is beneficial but not essential at the point of application — we can explain your options to help you get on the road.
• The right to work in the UK
• A positive attitude and great customer service skills
• Multi-drop experience is helpful but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Deliver regular routes, typically 5–6 days per week.

Your Pay Explained

£50 - £60K per year reflects average daily earnings of £200-£250 per day when delivering parcel volumes of 80 – 100 stops. Payment is based on a stop rate, meaning the more stops you deliver the more you can earn. Typically, our drivers work around 9 hours per day and for 5 or 6 days per week. Peak is coming — don’t miss out. Start in October to access the £1,000 Peak Bonus and get your new starter rewards before Christmas. Please note: Muti Drop delivery routes require a suitable van, if you don’t currently have one, but are comfortable driving a large van we encourage you to apply and we’ll explain the options available.
