Job summary

Frontline Recruitment National is seeking reliable Van Drivers/Delivery Drivers for roles based in St Helens, Merseyside. Expect approximately 10–12 deliveries per shift with Monday to Friday working patterns and no weekend work.

Training will be provided to cover delivery and light assembly duties. This is a physically demanding delivery role requiring heavy lifting, route adherence, and professional customer service.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Drive a van to deliver goods to customers' homes.
• Complete approximately 10–12 deliveries per shift.

• Perform heavy lifting and manual handling as required.
• Carry out some small assembly work where required.
• Provide friendly and professional customer service.
• Follow planned delivery routes and complete paperwork.
• Carry out vehicle safety checks and comply with road regulations.

VAN DRIVERS WANTED – ST HELENS, MERSEYSIDE & SURROUNDING AREAS

FED UP WITH 100 DROPS A DAY? HOW DOES 10–12 SOUND?

We're recruiting Van Drivers, Delivery Drivers and Home Delivery Drivers for opportunities based in St Helens, Merseyside.

We have a range of working patterns available to suit different circumstances.

SHIFTS & WORKING HOURS

• Monday to Friday opportunities available
• No weekend working required for these roles
• Part-time opportunities with set working days each week
• Morning shifts starting at 6am
• Afternoon shifts starting at 1.30pm

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

• Driving a van to deliver goods to customers' homes
• Completing approximately 10–12 deliveries per shift
• Loading and unloading goods from your vehicle
• Carrying out heavy lifting and manual handling
• Completing some small assembly work where required
• Providing friendly and professional customer service
• Following planned delivery routes
• Completing delivery paperwork and records
• Carrying out vehicle safety checks
• Following road safety and driving regulations

Full training will be provided for the delivery and assembly duties.

IMPORTANT – THIS IS A PHYSICAL DELIVERY ROLE!

Heavy lifting and manual handling are involved, so you must be comfortable with physically demanding work.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Drivers with a valid driving licence suitable for the vehicle
• Reliable people with good timekeeping
• Friendly and professional customer service skills
• Comfortable with heavy lifting and manual handling
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• A positive attitude and willingness to get stuck in
• Previous van driving, multi-drop delivery, home delivery or courier experience would be useful

You don't need to be used to making 100 drops a day. We're looking for people who can provide a reliable, professional delivery service.
