Job summary

Travis Perkins is recruiting for a Multi-drop Van Driver/Customer Service Assistant to join our branch team and support deliveries to local customers. You will interact with customers face‑to‑face and on-site, ensuring orders arrive safely and on time while maintaining high service standards.

The role involves driving up to 3.5 tonnes, adhering to safety policies, and balancing branch duties with customer service on the road.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service is essential.
• Health and safety awareness is required.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a dynamic branch/Delivery role.
• Excellent communication and a friendly, helpful attitude.

Responsibilities

• Drive transit and up to 3.5t flatbed vehicles for multi‑drop deliveries from the branch to local customers.
• Ensure orders are delivered on time and in good condition, safely.
• Adhere to safety policies during loading/unloading and driving.
• Support branch operations and provide a high standard of customer service on site and during deliveries.
