Job description

ARC are recruiting for a van driver/admin support worker for our client who is a well-established removal company.

Location: Norwich, Norfolk.

The Role:

  • Our client is a rapidly growing business and looking for someone with drive and passion that is wanting and willing to grow with the business and be a valued member of the team.
  • The pay rate for this position is £12.21-£13.86 per hour (includes PAYE and Umbrella pay rate).
  • This position requires the successful candidate to have good telephone manner, being able to gather job info from existing and potential new clients, and good IT skills, being able to complete general admin tasks following a computerized system.
  • Some of the general admin tasks will include booking vehicles in for MOT/service, answering the phones, speaking professionally to clients, gathering correct info, and booking home surveys.
  • This position will suit someone who is wanting to be involved in all areas of the business as this is a mixture of van driving and admin work. Your time will be split throughout the week, doing admin tasks and going out on site, working as part of the team, getting involved with the loading and unloading of furniture.
  • This is a physical role as it requires lifting and moving heavy items, so the candidate must be physically fit.
  • For this position, the successful candidate must be well presented and friendly as it will require face-to-face interaction with clients.
  • Candidates must have 6 months driving experience and no more than 9 points.
