Job summary

Driver Hire Preston is seeking reliable full-time van drivers to deliver goods from the warehouse to client premises in the Walton Summit area. Immediate start and ongoing work available for candidates with own transport to PR/FY postcodes.

You will typically complete 30–40 drops per day, ensure delivery paperwork is accurate, and maintain a professional, customer-focused approach at all times. Weekly PAYE pay starts at £12.71/hour and rises to £14.76/hour after 12 weeks of service.

Qualifications

• Delivery driving experience is desirable.
• Valid UK driving licence with no more than 6 points.
• Own transport to reach Walton Summit area (PR/FY postcodes).

Job description

We are seeking a number of reliable and motivated full time experienced Van Drivers to support our well-established famous client located at Walton Summit Bamber Bridge. You will need to be available to start work immediately, please do not apply if you are not available to start work with us immediately . We will only consider applications from those who live in a PR or FY postcodes with their own transport to get to work, again, please do not apply if you don't live in a PR or FY postcode.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely and efficiently deliver goods from the warehouse to our clients own premises, this is NOT parcels to homes .
• Around 30- 40 drops per day .
• Ensure all delivery paperwork is completed accurately.
• Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach at all times.

• Weekly Pay by PAYE £12.71 per hour rising to £14.76 per hour after 12 weeks service.

Requirements
