Bidfood Paddock Wood is recruiting a dedicated Van Multi-Drop Delivery Driver. You will deliver ambient, chilled and frozen products to a variety of customers across the South East on a planned multi-drop route.

You will load and unload, provide excellent service and perform daily vehicle checks as part of a busy, customer-facing role. The role offers a strong salary, 33 days of holiday, pension and other benefits, with opportunities to build a long-term career within a leading UK foodservice

Qualifications

• Must hold a full UK Category B driving licence.
• Demonstrates safe, responsible driving and road awareness.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Reliable, positive attitude with a can-do mindset.
• Comfortable with a physically active role including lifting/unloading.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ambient, chilled, and frozen products to our customers.
• Drive a multi-drop Bidfood van on planned routes.
• Load, move and unload products safely.
• Provide friendly, professional service at every delivery.
• Maintain accurate delivery records and customer contact on routes.
• Perform daily vehicle checks and report any defects.
• Collaborate with Transport and Warehouse teams to meet standards.
• Comply with company policies, road safety, and legal requirements.

Van Multi-Drop Delivery Driver

Location: Bidfood Paddock Wood
Salary: £34,345.21 per year

We’re looking for reliable, customer-focused Van Drivers to join our team at Bidfood Paddock Wood.

This is a permanent role with a strong salary, an established business behind you and plenty of variety in your working day.

You’ll be out on the road delivering to our customers across the South East, representing Bidfood and making sure they receive the products they need, when they need them.

If you enjoy driving, like dealing with people and prefer an active job where the day moves quickly, this could be a great fit.

What you’ll be doing

As a Bidfood Multi-Drop Van Driver, you’ll deliver ambient, chilled and frozen food and catering products to a wide range of customers.

Your day will include:

• Driving a Bidfood van on a planned multi-drop delivery route
• Delivering to restaurants, pubs, hotels, schools and other customers
• Loading, moving and unloading products safely
• Providing a friendly and professional service at every delivery
• Getting to know customers on your regular routes
• Completing deliveries accurately and efficiently
• Carrying out daily vehicle checks and reporting any defects
• Working closely with our Transport and Warehouse teams
• Following all company, road safety and legal requirements

What we’re looking for

You’ll need:

• A full UK Category B driving licence
• A safe and responsible approach to driving
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Reliability and a positive attitude
• The ability to work independently while still being part of a wider team
• To be comfortable with a physically active role involving regular lifting and unloading

Previous multi-drop or delivery experience is useful, but it isn’t essential. We’re just as interested in people with the right attitude, a strong work ethic and a genuine focus on looking after customers.

You’ll be getting in and out of the vehicle, moving products and delivering directly into customer premises throughout your shift. It’s physically demanding, but it also means the day moves quickly and no two routes are quite the same.
