Flexible People Ltd in Southampton is seeking a reliable 3.5T Van Driver to join a busy delivery operation. The role involves 40-50 multi-drop deliveries daily to hospitality and business customers, with a start time between 5:00 am and 6:00 am, Monday to Friday.

This temp-to-perm opportunity offers a Real Living Wage of £13.45 per hour, full-time hours, and a supportive team environment. Applicants should hold a full UK licence with minimal penalty points and be capable of manual handling.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a 3.5T van to complete daily multi-drop deliveries.
• Load your vehicle each morning, ensuring goods are secure.
• Deliver orders to hospitality and business customers in a professional and timely manner.
• Complete delivery paperwork and obtain customer signatures.
• Provide excellent customer service on every delivery.
• Keep the vehicle clean and roadworthy, reporting any defects promptly.
• Ensure all deliveries are completed safely and within agreed timescales.

Flexible People Ltd are currently recruiting for experienced and reliable 3.5T Van Drivers to join our client's busy delivery operation in and around Southampton. This is a fantastic temp-to-perm opportunity for a 3.5T Van Driver who enjoys being on the road, providing excellent customer service, and working as part of a professional team.

Location: Southampton
Pay Rate: £13.45 per hour
Job Type: Full-time, Temp to Perm
Hours: Monday to Friday, starting between 5:00 am and 6:00 am - No Weekends

The Role

As a 3.5T Van Driver, you will be responsible for completing approximately 40-50 multi-drop deliveries per day to hospitality and business customers across Southampton and the surrounding areas.
