Here at Driver Hire Southampton we are looking for a reliable, full-time driver to deliver and collect heating and cooling units across customer sites. This is a hands-on role and is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working independently and on the move.

About this Van Driving role:

• Full time position working Monday to Friday
• Working minimum 37.5 hours a week plus overtime
• Delivering and collecting of heating and cooling units to customers sites unsupervised
• Element of insulation- setting up simple systems, positioning of equipment etc
• Learning products and testing in the warehouse
• Loading and unloading of units from 3.5T tail lift vehicle

What we require from you:

• Full UK driving licence held for a minimum of 2 years
• Own transport to commute to and from work
• Happy with manual handling and heavy lifting
• Mechanical engineering or electrical background would be beneficial
• Great time keeping and customer service skills
• Stable work background with long-standing positions
• Flexible to work overtime when required
