Job summary

Driver Hire Slough is seeking four reliable Van Delivery Drivers to support a leading UK energy provider renowned for its excellent customer service. You will deliver products and equipment to customers’ homes ahead of scheduled engineer visits, ensuring readiness for installations.

Customer service is at the heart of this role. You will represent a respected brand, communicate professionally with customers and colleagues, and consistently deliver a positive experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 12 months van experience.
• Maximum 6 points on license – DR, DD or IN conviction codes will not be accepted.
• Paid PAYE (£12.71 ph) OR PAYE inclusive of Holiday Pay (£14.25 ph)
• Courier experience would be preferable, however its not essential.

Driver Hire Slough is currently recruiting 4 reliable, professional and customer-focused Van Delivery Drivers to join the team of a leading UK energy provider renowned for its exceptional customer service.

The role involves delivering products and equipment directly to customers’ homes ahead of scheduled engineer visits, ensuring everything is in place for installations to proceed smoothly.

Customer service is at the heart of this role. We are looking for individuals who understand the importance of representing a reputable brand, communicating professionally with customers and colleagues, and consistently delivering a positive customer experience.

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum of 12months Van experience
• Maximum 6 points on license – DR, DD or IN conviction codes will not be accepted
• Paid PAYE (£12.71 ph) OR PAYE inclusive of Holiday Pay (£14.25 ph)
• Courier experience would be preferable, however its not essential.

The ideal candidates will:

• Hold a full, valid UK driving licence.
• Demonstrate exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Be friendly, approachable and professional at all times.
• Work effectively as part of a team and contribute to a positive working environment.
• Be reliable, punctual and organised, with a strong work ethic.
• Take pride in their work and understand the importance of every customer interaction.

Previous delivery experience is advantageous, but a positive attitude and outstanding customer service skills are absolutely essential.
