Overview

Gap Personnel is currently recruiting for a reliable and experienced Van Driver to join a growing and fast-paced operation. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys being on the road, delivering excellent service, and working independently.

Van Driver

Location: Halesfield, Telford

Pay: £12.40 per hour

Full-Time, Ongoing Work

Responsibilities

• Carrying out multi-drop deliveries to customers in a timely and professional manner
• Loading and unloading the van safely and efficiently
• Completing daily vehicle checks and ensuring van is roadworthy at all times
• Handling delivery paperwork and using handheld devices where required
• Representing the company with a friendly and helpful attitude

Qualifications and skills

• Full UK Driving Licence
• Clean licence preferred (minor points considered)
• Previous van driving experience essential (multi-drop experience is an advantage)
• Good knowledge of local routes and ability to use sat nav
• Physically fit and able to load/unload as required
• Strong timekeeping and customer service skills
