Job summary

Simply Jobsworth is seeking an experienced Van Driver to deliver chilled goods across the UK using a Mercedes Sprinter. You will undertake nationwide, multi‑drop routes with roughly 15 drops per day and perform manual handling during loading and unloading.

Start times typically fall between 02:00 and 10:00 depending on the route. A full UK driving licence with up to 6 penalty points is required, along with tail lift and dock leveller experience.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points.
• Previous van driving experience is preferred.
• Experience operating a tail lift is mandatory.
• Experience using a dock leveller is highly desirable.
• Good understanding of safe manual handling procedures.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.

We are currently recruiting experienced Van Drivers to deliver chilled goods to commercial businesses across the UK using a Mercedes Sprinter.

The Role

• Nationwide deliveries of chilled products
• Multi-drop deliveries (approximately 15 drops per day)
• Manual handling involved
• Deliveries to commercial customers

Pay & Hours

• £14.00 per hour
• Start times between 02:00 and 10:00, depending on the route

Requirements
