Job summary

Jobsworth Recruitment is hiring a full-time van driver in the Walsall area. The role involves driving a refrigerated van and completing around 15–20 deliveries per day, with early starts between 0200 and 0600.

You will conduct temperature checks, complete documentation, unload deliveries, and obtain customer signatures while delivering excellent service and supporting the loading bay when volumes are light.

Qualifications

• Previous van driving experience is essential.
• Understanding of transport systems.
• Understanding of delivery processes, geographical experience and road safety compliance.
• Flexibility on start times is required.
• Experience with refrigerated van operations.

Responsibilities

• Delivering approximately 15-20 deliveries per day.

Van Delivery Driver - Full time

Jobsworth Recruitment are now hiring a full time van driver to join our well established client in the Walsall area.

Start times: Shift times vary, early morning starts between 0200 - 0600.

Shifts: Monday - Friday - Day shifts.

Pay rate: £14ph - Weekly paid.

This position includes the following:

• You will be driving a refrigerated van.
• Delivering approx 15-20 deliveries a day.
• Conducting regular and accurate temperature checks of products on the van and completing documentation to maintain the records and company accountability.
• Safely unloading products at the delivery destination and obtaining necessary authorisation signatures from customers.
• Providing outstanding customer service and developing relationships.
• Will be required to work on the loading bay when volumes are low.
