Overview

Job Title: Van Driver / Removals Porter

Location: Reading

Salary: £31,700 + Performance Bonus + Premium Overtime Rates

Shift Pattern: 45 hours per week (Flexibility required)

We are recruiting Van Drivers / Removal Porters to join a growing technical distribution specialist based in the Reading area. This is a hands-on, varied role where no two days are the same. You will be part of a family-run business that values its people, rewards hard work and offers genuine opportunities to progress and upskill.

Responsibilities

• Lifting, loading, and moving specialist equipment safely and efficiently as part of a team
• Installing and setting up IT equipment on-site for corporate clients across the UK
• Completing delivery notes, job sheets, and paperwork with accuracy and attention to detail
• Travelling nationwide daily as part of the delivery and installation team
• Using hand and power tools to support installations and removals
• Delivering excellent customer service, acting as the face of the business
• Safely driving 3.5 Tonne vehicles to client sites
• Performing banksman duties to support safe vehicle manoeuvres

What we're looking for
