Job summary

Rapier Employment is seeking a Van Driver to join a busy Northampton operation. The role covers multi‑drop deliveries and collections to homes and businesses, with around 55–70 drops per shift and a 45‑hour week.

Shifts run Monday to Friday, 08:00–18:00, with a 60‑minute unpaid break and occasional Saturday work at peak times. Pay starts at £14.73 per hour (Friday rates included) with higher rates on Saturdays (£15.95) and Sundays (£17.00).

Qualifications

• Must be aged 21 or over.
• Minimum 1 year of van driving and multi-drop delivery experience.
• Must be able to pass a DBS check.
• Full UK driving licence required.
