Job summary

Workforce Staffing is seeking a reliable Van Driver to join our client's busy delivery operation in Newent on a temp-to-perm basis.

You'll drive a 3.5-tonne van, complete 5–10 deliveries per day across England, and handle loading/unloading with early starts from 3am. Overtime applies after 45 hours at 1.33x, with full-time hours offered during the temp-to-perm period.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence.
• Previous van driving or delivery experience.
• Good knowledge of UK roads and motorway networks.
• Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling.
• Reliable, punctual and professional.
• Flexible with working hours.
• Own transport due to the location and early start times.

Responsibilities

Newent | £13.25 per hour | Full-time | Temp to Perm

We’re currently looking for a reliable and experienced Van Driver to join our client’s busy delivery operation in Newent.

This is a temp-to-perm position, offering the opportunity to secure a permanent role following a successful temporary period.

You’ll be responsible for delivering products to customers across the UK, with a typical day involving 5–10 drops. The role involves regular manual handling, so you’ll need to be comfortable being hands-on.
