Driver Hire South East London are recruiting for a temp to perm delivery driver for our clients based within SE1 postcode areas.

Type of shifts

Multi drop deliveries in and around M25. Delivering Electrical supplies. Shifts are mainly during the week, day shifts, Monday to Friday. Start times can vary between 7:30am-4-5pm.

All-round Duties

Complete deliveries correctly and efficiently, in a professional and timely manner. Communicate with customers to confirm delivery details and address any concerns or issues. Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations.

Requirements

• Valid UK CAT B licence for at least 2 years with no more than 6 points (no DR DD TT IN).
• A manual driving licence.
• At least 1-year experience as a Cat B (references required).
• Must be comfortable with heavy lifting!
• You must be over the age of 21 years (insurance purposes).
• Physically fit, Jobs require heavy lifting.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and team members.
• Familiarity with commercial driving regulations and safety standards.
• At least 1 years experience in the electrical delivery field.

Rates Of Pay

• PAYE £13.69 per hour (including holiday pay).
