Job summary

Manpower is seeking a reliable Van Delivery Driver to join a client team in Leeds (LS19). Immediate starts available with a trial period. Shifts typically start between 06:00 and 08:30, lasting about 8–10 hours.

You may deliver equipment across the UK or handle bulk parcel drops, with a driver’s mate to assist and a need for flexibility. Requirements include being over 25 for insurance, no more than 3 points on your licence, prior van driving experience preferred, and strong time management and

Responsibilities

• Deliver equipment to various locations across the UK, with some days doing bulk parcel drops.
• Assist unloading equipment (low to medium weight).
• Work with a driver's mate on deliveries.
• Adhere to schedules and optimise routes where possible.
• Flexibly support with both local and bulk drop work as required by the business.

Job description

Manpower is currently seeking a dedicated and reliable Van Delivery Driver to join our client team in Leeds (LS19). Immediate starts available! The client is looking for someone who wants permanent work. Manpower will be employing applicants throughout the trial period.

Position Details

• Location: LS19
• Trial Shift Pay Rate: £13 Per Hour
• Salary: TBD upon successfully passing trial shifts
• Shifts start between 06:00 AM and 08:30 AM
• Average working shift duration: roughly 8-10 hours per day

Key Responsibilities

• Some days will consist of delivering equipment to one of various locations all across the UK.
• Assist unloading equipment (low to medium weight).
• You will be accompanied by a drivers mate.
• Some days will consist of bulk parcel multi-drop (30 - 40 Drops).
• The successful applicant must be flexible to support with both types of work depending on the business needs.

Requirements

• Must be over 25 years old for insurance purposes
• No more than 3 points on your driving licence
• Previous experience as a van driver is desired
• Strong time management and organisational skills
• Strong communication skills
