Job summary

HireGiant South West Ltd is seeking a Van Driver based in Kingswood, Bristol. You will drive a 3.5 Tonne long wheelbase van across the UK, delivering to regular customers with 3–5 drops per day. Typical day starts at 6am and runs about 8–10 hours, Monday to Friday.

Ongoing work, company vehicle with fuel and insurance, and company benefits are included; on-site parking is available, with weekly pay and a pension plan.

Qualifications

• Previous van driving experience.
• Full UK category B driving licence.
• Good level of customer service.
• Safety boots and high viz.
• A satnav or phone with access to Google Maps or similar.

Job description

Great opportunity for a long-distance Van driver based in Kingswood, Bristol.

Hiregiant are currently looking for a Van Driver to join the team in Kingswood, you will be working for one of Bristol's largest wholesalers using a 3.5 Tonne, long wheelbase Van to complete deliveries across the UK going as far north as Durham and as far south as Cornwall.

You will be tasked with a route delivering to regular customers, usually completing between 3 to 5 drops each day. You will need to start at 6am and a typical day could be 8 to 10 hours, working Monday to Friday.

Some heavy lifting can be involved, and you will need a good level of customer service.

This is a great opportunity for regular long distance Van driving work, with an excellent company, which could also lead to a permanent position for the right person.

Hours and Pay

• £12.80 per hour paid weekly each Friday.
• Working Monday to Friday, starting at 6am and usually finished by 4pm.
