Job description

We are currently recruiting for van drivers for our client based in Gloucester, for multi-drop deliveries in post-coded areas. It is a great opportunity to work for a reputable company that is growing and looking for reliable drivers to join their existing team. The position is permanent after a successful trial period.

Immediate starts are available with a pay rate of £12.50 per hour and overtime at £18.08 per hour (PAYE). The rate increases to £12.00 per hour and overtime to £18.58 per hour after certain conditions are met.

Responsibilities include deliveries to shops and cafes across the South West. Drivers are required to load and unload vans during deliveries, handling reasonably light products.

Shift and start times:

14:00 starts, Sunday to Friday.

Daily duties include:

• Completing paperwork.
• Liaising with depot managers and traffic office.
• Delivering packages and parcels (up to 15 drops).

Candidate requirements:

• Excellent communication skills.
• UK driving license with a Cat B (van driver).
• No more than 6 points for minor offences (for insurance purposes).
