Major Recruitment - Van Drivers Wanted (Bristol Area)

Major Recruitment is currently looking for multiple Van Drivers to join a busy and growing operation in the Severn Beach area, Bristol (BS35 4GG).

Job Details:

• Location: Severn Beach, Bristol, BS35 4GG

• Hours per Week: 45 hours

• Pay Rate: 13.70 per hour

• Shift Pattern: 5 days on, 3 days off

• Start Time: 7:00 AM (usual)

• Dress Code: PPE required - High-vis (no logo) and safety shoes

• Requirements:

  • Basic DBS check

  • Two work references

Role Overview:

This is a driver/installer and customer-facing role. You will be delivering and installing white goods and electrical appliances to customers across Bristol and the South, ensuring a high standard of service and professionalism.

You can expect up to 25 drops per day, working as part of a two-person team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive a 3.5-tonne van safely and professionally on planned delivery routes

• Install a range of household electrical appliances at customer premises

• Deliver outstanding customer service during delivery and installation

• Handle goods with care to prevent damage

• Keep the delivery vehicle clean and report any maintenance issues

• Follow all health & safety regulations and company procedures
