Van Driver

Job description

We are growing our fleet and need reliable van drivers to start immediately! We have a fleet of vans ranging from small wheelbase to Luton size. Multiple positions available.

This is a Monday to Friday job.

NOT multi-drop, small wheelbase or Luton size van, small general Haulage job ( 2-3 runs per day).

Duties:

• Safely operate a commercial vehicle to transport goods and materials
• Load and unload cargo using appropriate manual handling techniques
• Plan routes and ensure timely delivery of goods
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers, customers, and team members
• Perform routine maintenance on the van and report any mechanical issues
• Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries and pickups

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Proven experience as a Delivery Driver 1 year minimum mandatory
• Commercial driving experience preferred
• Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and team members

Compensation:

• Self-Employed: up to 140 per day
• PAYE position available as well.
• Van insurance and fuel card provided
