Job description

This job is based in Poundbury, Dorchester, UK.

Working Hours and Schedule

1. Monday to Saturday, with a 07:00 am start.
2. Saturdays are morning only.

Job Details

The role involves deliveries throughout Somerset and Dorset. It is not parcel delivery work but includes some manual handling of products.

Employment Type and Checks

These roles are ongoing and full-time for successful candidates. Due to the nature of the business, candidates will be subject to DBS checks. The company also conducts random drink and drug testing.

Vehicle Monitoring and Assessments

• The vehicles are monitored, including tracking, fuel efficiency, and dash cams.
• All candidates will complete a driving and hazard awareness assessment.

Training and Pay

Successful applicants will receive paid training.

Pay Rates

• Monday to Friday: £13.64 per hour, Saturdays at £17.05 per hour, totaling approximately £34,045 per annum plus overtime.
• Alternatively, the PAYE Advanced model offers £15.29 per hour Monday to Friday, paid holiday pay, and Saturdays at £19.11 per hour. Candidates can choose their preferred PAYE model.

Additional Benefits

20 days plus bank holidays per annum on PAYE Accrued.
