We are looking for a Van driver to work from Chelmsford for a Distribution company on an adhoc temporary basis, meaning the days and hours required will be varied. This is for local and regional deliveries.

Your general duties will include:

- Assisting to load the van at the depot

- Ensure you know the route & Checking the paperwork

- Driving following the highway code

- Customer-facing when arriving at a drop

- Unloading the van in a safe manner

The ideal Van driver candidate:

- Full UK driver's licence, no points

- Over 25 due to insurance restrictions

- Physically fit and healthy to complete manual handling tasks

Pay rate and working hours:

- Pay will be 13ph

- Hours will vary depending on work load, starting between 7am and 8am
