Job summary

Selco Builders Warehouse is looking for a Van Driver in Catford to join our branch transport team. You’ll perform local multi‑drop deliveries with a company van, ensuring products reach customers safely and on time.

This is more than a driving role – you’ll represent Selco, deliver great customer service, and work with colleagues to keep the branch operation running smoothly. A 45‑hour week and a performance bonus are part of the package.

Qualifications

• Current full driving licence suitable for the vehicle.
• Safe, responsible and reliable approach to driving.
• Good customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Carry out multi-drop deliveries of building products to customers in the local area.
• Complete daily vehicle and safety checks before setting out.
• Load the vehicle safely and ensure the load is secure.
• Take responsibility for vehicle and stock during deliveries.
• Provide excellent customer service at every delivery.
• Keep the vehicle clean, tidy and ready for use.
• Support inter-branch transfers and other branch activities as needed.
• Work closely with the branch team to keep deliveries running smoothly.
• Follow all driving, road transport and health & safety requirements.

Local Multi-Drop Deliveries | 45-Hour Week | Customer-Focused Role

Join Selco as a Van Driver and become part of a branch team delivering building materials directly to customers across the local area.

You will carry out multi-drop deliveries using a company van, making sure products reach customers safely, securely and on time.

This is more than a driving role. You will represent Selco at every delivery, provide excellent customer service and work closely with colleagues to keep the branch operation running smoothly.

We want to be clear about what you can expect from the role:

• Basic working week of 45 hours
• Multi-drop deliveries across the local area
• Company vehicle provided for deliveries
• Based from your Selco branch, returning to the branch at the end of your working day
• Opportunity to earn up to £150 a month through the personal performance bonus scheme

What You'll Be Doing

• Carrying out multi-drop deliveries of building products to customers across the local area
