Red Rhino Resourcing are currently seeking 10 x reliable Van Driversfor a full-time, ongoing position based inPortbury (BS20). This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals looking for consistent and long-term employment with a trusted company in the food delivery sector.

Position Summary:

As aVan Driver, you will be responsible for delivering chilled and frozen meals to care homes, hospitals, and other healthcare facilities. This is a multi-drop role involving manual handling. You’ll be expected to provide excellent customer service while representing the business in a professional manner.

Key Benefits:

• Pay Rate:£13.00 per hour
• Holiday Pay Inclusive Rate:£14.56 per hour
• Start Time:Between 4am – 6am
• Shift Pattern:Monday to Friday
• Hours:Up to 9 hours per shift
• Pay:Weekly

Your Responsibilities:

• Complete5–15 multi-drop deliveriesper shift
• Ensure timely and secure transport of goods
• Support withmanual handlingand unloading items at each stop
• Maintain high levels ofcustomer service and professionalism
• Accurately complete delivery paperwork and logs

Candidate Requirements:

• FullUK Driving Licence (Category B)
• Maximum of6 penalty points
• Strong communication skills and apositive, team-oriented attitude
• Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
• Experience not essential– newly passed drivers welcome
