Sysco GB is seeking a Van Driver to join our team in Aylesford, delivering orders across the local area with a 3.5t vehicle. The role requires maintaining product temperatures and following DVSA and health and safety standards.

• Handle manual handling of goods safely and comply with health and safety regulations.
• Support driver development and potentially progress to higher vehicle classifications in future.

A satisfying role

You will need to pay attention for accurately picking on vehicle and delivery of customer orders and maintaining product temperatures in a multi-temperature-controlled vehicle. You'll need awareness of Vehicle Standards Agency (DVSA) Compliance to ensure your vehicle checks are completed to a high standard to ensure roadworthiness. The role includes manual handling of our food produce to the customers premises so you will need to comply with Health and Safety (SSOW), hygiene and other related legislation.
