Sharpsmart, part of Daniels Health, provides safety-driven medical waste management solutions to healthcare facilities. We are seeking an enthusiastic, customer-focused driver to support our healthcare customers with reliable collection and delivery services.

Role involves driving safely, loading/unloading, and maintaining strong customer relationships while ensuring timely, compliant deliveries. Competitive salary with overtime and benefits are offered for a permanent, days-only role.

Qualifications

• Full UK Driving License required.
• Flexible, can-do attitude with strong customer focus.
• Experience operating vehicles in a safe manner with a manual element.
• On-time delivery practices and understanding of essential service.

Responsibilities

• Safely collecting, delivering and storing containers at customer locations.
• Provide strong customer service and build positive customer relationships.
• Operate vehicles in a safe manner.
• Complete deliveries to schedule and communicate changes or challenges clearly.
• Assist with loading and unloading.
• Manage routes per leadership direction and deliver timely service.
• Comply with regulations, log hours and roadside inspections.
• Heavy lifting may be required.

We are seeking an enthusiastic, customer focused driver to utilize your experience with our healthcare customers.

What will the role involve?

• Safely collecting, delivering and storing our containers at customer locations
• Providing strong customer service and building positive customer relationships
• Operating vehicles in a safe manner
• Completing deliveries to time schedule, and clearly communicating changes or challenges as they arise
• Loading and unloading
• Managing a route per leaderships direction | delivering timely, efficient and effective service
• Complying with regulations, logging hours and roadside inspections
• Heavy lifting

Who are we looking for?

• Full UK Driving License
