Job description

Role summary:
The main duties include, but are not limited to, delivering all goods and products for the company to customers. You will also be responsible for preparing, cleaning, and operating vehicles for delivery duties.

General Responsibilities :
- Deliver products to customers
- Conduct daily inspections of the delivery vehicle before and after routes
- Load and unload products onto the delivery vehicle, ensuring loads are safely secured
- Maintain the delivery van and possess basic mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting
- Keep accurate logs and complete all necessary paperwork during routes
- Handle petty cash from customers
- Comply with all health and safety regulations in the warehouse, on the road, and at customers’ premises; ensure personal fitness to drive
- Perform any other duties assigned by your Line Manager or designated personnel
Key Relationships
- Collaborate closely with Transport and Warehouse Managers to ensure proper delivery of products
Experience:
- Previous experience as a delivery driver, food industry experience preferred
- Good knowledge of London streets and surrounding areas
- Full UK clean driving license
- Over 25 years of age
